This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by Xiaoxiao VPN (referred to as the App, this Service, or we) collects, uses, and protects your personal information. We process data under principles of necessity, transparency, and minimization.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection status, and session duration. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable routes based on Xiaoxiao VPN node status; 2. identify regional failures and performance trends through anonymized aggregate data; 3. send necessary service updates, security reminders, or account notices.

We only transmit aggregated anonymized data to necessary third-party services, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. Except for legal procedures, regulatory requirements, user safety protection, or work with entrusted providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not actively share your personal information. You may stop new app-side data collection by uninstalling the App.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable grace period afterward. To close your account or delete your profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we discover mistakenly collected information from this group, we will delete it as soon as practical. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and necessary system safeguards to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be updated for legal, functional, or operational reasons. Please review this page regularly; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
