This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xiaoxiao VPN (the Service Provider) regarding the downloading, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the App).

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate app content, or create derivative versions without authorization. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted software may cause app failure or security risks.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using the Service, you are also subject to the relevant third-party terms.

The App depends on an available network connection, such as Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by device arrears, data limits, weak signal, local network policy, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming fees are the user's responsibility. Before use, make sure you are authorized to use the related network and billing resources.

Users are responsible for their own behavior, including compliance with local laws, regulations, and platform rules. We strive to provide accurate route status and client information, but some network state data may come from third parties or real-time route changes and does not constitute an absolute guarantee. For compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when needed. The Service Provider reserves the right to adjust or terminate service within reasonable limits.
